I was interviewed by Noisemakers for a feature on female musicians in Buffalo. Topics include rescuing insects and storytelling. (Many details are off here, but I’m pretty long-winded so it can be hard to keep up with.) Read it here.
11.18.14 - Belle & Sebastian The Party Line Music Video
I got to play a small role in Belle & Sebastian’s The Party Line music video, filmed in Toronto over the course of one weekend in October. B&S has been one of my favorite bands since I was a kid, so it was a huge thrill to take part. Watch The Party Line video here. More work by awesome director, Scott Cudmore, here.
I was also in Belle & Sebastian’s BBC Scotland Live Sessions, while living abroad in 2005. I assumed it was a once in a lifetime experience, but I’m glad I was wrong. Both the BBC Sessions and The Party Line had a 70’s era wardrobe. One of my favorites from the BBC Series series was Funny Little Frog, which you can find here.

My short fiction Neon Barbie is featured in Peach Mag today.
